Can anyone tell me what a firestick 3.5 shaft would equal in a project x or true temper stiffness?

Right now i have a old set of wilson forged progressive blades and i love the way i hit them but i think its time for an upgrade. I've been looking at mizuno mp-62's but i can't decide between true temper or project x shafts. I would want shafts that feel the same as my current ones. Not sure about swingweight but i want that the same too. ANY tips would be great
