Why Kobe Bryant can't beat Lebron James' based teams?

Everyone loves to criticize Peyton Manning for severely struggling against San Diego Chargers' teams, but why do people really ignore in general Bryant's lack of success against James' teams. Kobe had trouble beating Bron in Cleveland and now Miami. I think the Cavs could have beaten the Lakers in the finals if met those two years. So what do you all think about Kobe's struggling woes against the Lebron teams?
