Somthing on my foot...?

Earlier today I just noticed something on my foot, my best description is, A gray circle approx. 2 cm. circle radius, It wouldn't bug me as much if that was it, but there is also some odd lump, about 2 cm. long and just a few millimeters wide, it looks like the shape of a worm. the gray spot on my foot is much softer than the callus around it as well. I have looked around the web to try and find what it is but all I could find is it is either a corn (which i am not sure of because I have never seen one) or a very odd wart, if anyone thinks they know what it is or has a suggestion please tell.
