Does anyone know what anime this is?

I can only kind of remember the plot, so if anyone can think of an Anime similar to this, it'd be a mive help!!! There's this girl and she sees these black rings around peoples necks when they're about to die. She meets two guys in her cl and they have really dark rings and it's cause they were saved from death, and now they're in debt and have exorcise things. I think!!! I'm really sorry, I know that's kind of cryptic, but if anyone could help, I'd really appreciate it!!! Thanks!!!
