That's probably 10 business days. So electronic notification really doesn't mean anything, except that the sender notified the shipper that something is waiting. So figure it was picked up the 10th. Give it 10 business days (2 weeks), so that puts you on the 24th. I'm hoping it got out of the country by now, but that's no guarantee. We've had rotten weather in the eastern US, so that could delay it even more.
