Car sound system (subs/amp) - Farad Capacitor?

its ideal to get 1 farad for every 1000 watts of power. you have 1000w rms so im guessing your peak power is anywhere from 2000 to 3000 watts. I suggest a 3 farad cap if your peak power is 3000w and a 2 farad if your peak power is 2000w. Hope this helps. good luck.
