Hey guys, If my application to UKBAs "invalid because of payment error", does it mean..you resubmit 'afresh'?

Call the Home Office and ask to speak to your caseowner. Have your reference number ready. They will advise you on what you need to do next. Don't sit there worrying, pick up the phone and ring the number on the letter they sent you. Do it at 9am then they have all day to get an answer to you.
