Count calories. Try to average 1200 calories per day. Be systematic by keeping a diary of what you eat. Get some exercise 5 days a week at least 20 minutes per day. Probably would help to at least have some lunch if you are skipping breakfast. Weight Watchers organization says don't get too hungry because that's when you over eat. Also eat slowly because the brain doesn't register calorie intake until about 20 minutes after food is consumed.
