What are the requirements of NROTC?

Im currently in community college and im about to transfer to a university . but before i do that i wanna know whats up with this program. dont say ask a recruiter cus i cant its 2:29 am lol im asking what do i need to be in there. how many credits can i talk to a recruiter and just sign up for nrotc and then go to ne one i pick?
