What countries have great health care?

I remember a couple years ago Oprah had a show where their were different people from different places around the world. Some of them lived in places where everyone was prosperous & health care. I guess I can call or write to her show but I was wondering if anyone remembered that show or the name of the places these people were from. It helped me see that the saying "we (in the USA) live in the richest country in the world " was another lie. I have to look into this because I cannot afford health care with a preexisting condtion of diabetes & I the work I can do doesn't give me insurance. So my life & everything I have worked for could be lost living in this country.
