Why are my dreams kinda coming true?

I think the book series could have been something you had seen a while ago and your subconscious just came up with it in a dream. The girl one sounds like a coincidence, and they aren't that similar. But the last one, someone may have mentioned this to you so your subconscious was thinking about it.
