Why's it so hard to call a spade a spade? Feminism = Women's Advocacy?

Feminism should be considered illegal in today's world since there is no longer any discrimination against woman, and the only point of feminism could be to give woman more rights than men, which shoudl be illegal, but unfortunately, is welcomed as evidenced by lower standards and quotas.
